READYSPACE TEAM

Before you apply.

Do I need to attend ReadySpace Academy first?

No. Academy learning can strengthen an application, but it is not required for every role. Course completion does not automatically prove professional competence.

Is an expression of interest a job application?

An expression of interest tells us what you would like to contribute. It is not a response to an open vacancy. A vacancy application refers to a specific approved role.

Does applying guarantee acceptance or paid work?

No. Every application is reviewed. An application or talent-pool approval does not guarantee employment, project placement, teaching work or a paid assignment.

Are Associates automatically employees?

No. Employment or independent provider status depends on the actual agreement and HR review. Each engagement has separate responsibilities and terms.

I have already applied to become a trainer. Should I apply again?

No. Continue through the existing ReadySpace Academy trainer process. The Team site links to that intake so educators do not have to submit a duplicate application.

Will applying subscribe me to marketing?

No. Recruitment consent, optional talent-pool retention, public profile permission and marketing consent are separate choices. This form has no marketing subscription.

Will my application be public?

No. Recruitment records and assessments belong in the private review system. A public professional profile needs separate permission and publication approval.

Can I express interest in more than one pathway?

When Team intake opens, you can include other pathway interests in your application. A reviewer will consider each relevant relationship separately.

Every application is reviewed. Applying or joining a talent pool does not guarantee employment, acceptance, project placement or paid work.
