A suitable opportunity needs approved terms and an employment or engagement agreement.
Onboarding
After the agreement is complete, we arrange the relevant onboarding steps.
Different outcomes need different approvals
Talent-pool approval is not an employment offer. It also does not mean that an assignment is available. Employment, teaching and Associate engagements need their own approved terms.
Every application is reviewed. Applying or joining a talent pool does not guarantee employment, acceptance, project placement or paid work.
